Day 1
Day 1 / (Delhi) — Delhi – Dharamshala (1 Night)
Begin your exciting journey to the beautiful Kangra Valley by boarding the Volvo coach from the designated boarding point in Delhi at the scheduled reporting time. Enjoy a comfortable overnight journey towards Dharamshala. As you approach Himachal Pradesh, the landscape transforms into beautiful valleys and mountain scenery. Dharamshala is known for its peaceful surroundings, Himalayan landscapes, tea gardens, waterfalls, Tibetan culture and the famous McLeod Ganj.
Day 2
Day 2 / (Dharamshala) — Arrival In Dharamshala – Local Sightseeing (1 Night)
Upon arrival at Dharamshala, meet our representative at the Volvo stop and transfer to your pre-booked hotel. Hotel check-in will be as per the property's standard policy. Early check-in is subject to availability and may attract additional charges. After freshening up, proceed for Dharamshala and McLeod Ganj sightseeing. Visit the Tsuglagkhang Complex, an important Tibetan cultural and spiritual centre. Continue to Bhagsu Nag Temple and Waterfall, followed by St. John in the Wilderness Church. Later, visit the Dharamshala War Memorial and enjoy views of the famous Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association Stadium, subject to accessibility. Spend some leisure time exploring the local market of McLeod Ganj before returning to the hotel.
Day 3
Day 3 / (Dharamshala) — Kangra Valley Excursion (1 Night)
After breakfast, proceed for a day excursion to the historic Kangra Valley. Visit the Kangra Museum and seek blessings at the Mata Shri Bajreshwari Devi Temple. Continue to the historic Kangra Fort, one of the prominent heritage attractions of the region. Explore the fort complex and enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding Kangra Valley. Later, return to Dharamshala.
Day 4
Day 4 / (Dalhousie) — Dharamshala – Dalhousie (1 Night)
After breakfast, check out from your Dharamshala hotel and proceed towards the charming hill station of Dalhousie. Upon arrival, transfer to your pre-booked hotel and complete the check-in formalities. Later, proceed for local sightseeing. Visit Panchpula, followed by the historic churches of St. John's, St. Francis and St. Patrick's. Explore Subhash Chowk and the Tibetan Market, where you can browse local handicrafts, souvenirs and woollen products. Return to the hotel in the evening.
After breakfast, proceed for a scenic excursion to Khajjiar, surrounded by lush green meadows, dense deodar forests and beautiful Himalayan landscapes. Spend time exploring the scenic surroundings of Khajjiar Lake and Meadow. Guests can enjoy leisurely walks and optional local activities at their own cost. Later, return to Dalhousie and enjoy some free time at the local market.
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed towards Dharamshala as per the scheduled transfer arrangement. On reaching Dharamshala, proceed to the designated Volvo boarding point and board your pre-booked Volvo coach for Delhi. Relax during the overnight journey and reminisce about the beautiful experiences of Dharamshala, McLeod Ganj, Kangra, Dalhousie and Khajjiar.

For Himachal packages 50% advance payment of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package. Remaining 50% on arrival.
Except Himachal: 75% advance payment required, especially for higher category hotels in all destinations & packages for other states. Remaining 25% of the package cost will be collected on arrival (First day of the Tour).
According to hotel policy, especially in 4* and 5*, International Packages, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Train & Flights – 100% Advance payment is required for booking confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

All the cancellations must be communicated in written. Token amount is non-refundable in any cases.
Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges. Cancellation charges will vary from 25% - 50% of the total tour package cost.
100% Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or No-show scenarios.
No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains, Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry tickets, permits or any other BBH services.
Bharat Booking Holidays have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount
i.e. 50% of the total Tour Package Cost.
In case clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, Bharat Booking Holidays will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.
